I had a major issue arise today and that was that due to not being able to get the test footage over to Griever before Saturday they have decided they wont be able to fund our transport to the gig and have essentially pulled out of the project. I found this really frustrating and disappointing as all the work I had done up till now was working towards this gig and I thought pulling out at short notice was unprofessional on their side. I do however understand their view as they do have limited funds being that they are on tour and want an idea of what my footage is like. I did send them over my sizzle reel but they have now said that they want to see my actual footage and due to that not being possible before the gig the shoot now wont be happening. They did say I could come down and shoot the gig anyway just that they wont be covering travel fees but I need more than one angle to be covered and them not paying travel fees means Alex can't drive down. I will no begin hastily looking for some new clients.
