Iris studios on Facebook

Updated: Feb 11, 2020

Below is the link and a screenshot of my finished company facebook page I gained inspiration on the design of the page from my research of other videographer Facebook pages.

I mainly looked at my teachers companys Facebook page (see below) and was influenced by the professional quality of the page. There are only a few specific features that come together to make a facebook page those being the main photo, cover photo, the @ and the featured video/s. Almost every company I looked at has their logo as their main image for their page and often they have the showreel as their cover video instead of one image. I on the other hand decided just to have a bigger version of my logo as my cover photo then have my showreel linked as a top post so everyone who goes to my page will see my showreel at the top. I struggled with coming up with an @ that would be memorable for people as Iris Studios was taken and I felt that UK was to wide open. I then tried Somerset and it was luckily available and this allowed me to complete my Facebook page. In conclusion, I took a lot of inspiration from the facebook page below and have been able to develop a page that I am really proud of.
